Gene Evans
Paul, Thank you for setting up a Findagrave page on actor Gene Evans. I run a comprehensive web site on the TV series "My Friend Flicka." in which he starred with Anita Louise, Johnny Washbrook, and Frank Ferguson during the 1950s. I also manage a Facebook page on Flicka and a Findagrave page on Flicka. If you were ever of a mind to transfer Evans' page I would be honored to take it over and enlarge the biography. I sponsored it today and added some more photos of Gene. Thanks again.

Robert Douglas
Thanks for your message. How lovely to actually hear from someone who knows/knew who Robert was. In case you're interested, his first marriage to Dorothy Hyson was on 21st May 1935. He married for a second time to Suzanne Weldon (nee Hopkinson) on 23rd August 1946, and they remained together until her death in 1995. Also, did you know that Dorothy Hyson married the actor Anthony Quayle after she and Robert divorced. They too were together for the rest of their lives. A case of getting it right for the second time of asking, for both of them !!

Robert Douglas
Hi, I've just joined the website, after accidently coming across it the other day. You would n't believe how long I've spent trying to "google" what happened to Robert Douglas after he died. I had no idea he'd been scattered at sea; a decision I personally think quite sad. It may be very "spiritual" and all that, but there's something nice about having a permanent place/grave for people to visit. Do you know what happened to his wife Suzanne, who died before him (31st Jan 1995)? I have n't searched for her on this site. Perhaps I should have before asking you.
My other question is, what prompted you to add him specifically, to the website ? Are you a fan ? I've been passionate about him since I was a teenager (I'm now 46,)and quite honestly I've never even met anyone who's heard of him. And I live in the next door county to the one he was born in !! Cheers, Alison
