|Ashley||Memorial 22511089 John Michael Uhler|
I am researching the Ashley, Killian, Uhler family for my husband. You have this memorial notated, but no cemetery. I am looking for any information on the Uhlers. John Anastatius Ulher
is his 4X great grandfather thru the Killian family. When I get to his parents I am running into some issues with who his mother is.. I have Johan Martin(?) Uhler as his father Ana Maria Stroh as his mother. There are some notes and discussions that this is not correct and should be her sister Ana Elizabeth Stroh.However no one has verified by any citation that this is true.
my personal email is firstname.lastname@example.org. Thanks for any help you can give.

|K&LB||RE: Warren Ceidell "Melvin" Green|
I'm so sorry -- the census I found was the 1930 NOT the 1940. It is interesting because Ceidell, age 17, single, born OK and his mother Mattie, age 56, widowed, born AL are living at Wolf Township, Seminole County, OK next door to Dick M. Green and his wife Mabel. Dick was born TX and is 19. He is an oil field worker as is Ceidell. I think you are right -- they are brothers. Also Mattie's maiden name appears to be Hilton NOT Helton as I wrote before. I get in a hurry -- sorry!

Hello, I looked at the information we have on Warren "Melvin" Green and there's not much. However, if you look at his wife Cora's obit here on findagrave it shows they were married in 1941 at Wetumka which I think would be Seminole county (close anyway). So I can't say for sure because I couldn't find him except on one census for 1940 and he is living with his widowed mother, Mattie (Helton?) Green, born about 1874 Alabama. He's the only child living at home. I didn't find an older census but if you have the 1930 or 1920 that might help determine if its him. Also, his obituary might list his siblings. You might check the Seminole Producer; he died in 2000. On ancestry.com, I found his SSDI and it showed his parents were named William Green and Mattie Helton Green. I would like to know if you do find out its him. I hope this helped some! All the best, Keith & Lynne

Hello, Glad to hear from you. Mr. Green was married to my husband's great-aunt (I think that's right, anyway). Tomorrow I should have time to look at our info and see what we have on Melvin Green. I'll get back to you soon. K&LB

Thank you very much.
|Judy Allen||Weldon Preston Billingsley|
Hello - I would like to have your permission to download the photo of Weldon and his wife. I was working on my husband's genealogy and came across this surname in his extended line, he is not directly related. I collect photos in order to help others, will link back to Find A Grave.

Thank you very much for the wonderful photo, my wife was Jean's Grand Niece. Her grandfather was Jim Poole.

Since you found Wm.'s son, Delmar Ozie Hall, at Resthaven - is it possible that Wm. Ozie is there as well? I had always thought Wm. Ozie was at Oakwood, but maybe I am wrong as you are not finding his stone.

Have you had time to take a photo of his grave at RestHaven Memorial Gardens? I have been away and just saw your message. Thank you for locating him. I had always assumed he was buried near his grandmother.
