I've been working on my families for about 30 years now. C. L. and I got involved because his grandmother, Maudie Standridge Boyd, told us our son was the eigthth Charles Boyd in a direct line back. We went looking for them. We only found six, then "Charles" changes sides of the family. After C. L. retired 14 years ago, he helped copy the cemeteries in Searcy Co. AR for Ruby Lacy of Ashland, Oregon. When we finished this project, we, along with our friends, James and Alta Ballard and Randy and Kathy Duvall, started recopying the cemeteries in Pope Co. AR. It took us three years to complete this project. Since I retired 5 years ago, I've been trying to find a place to put our records online. Yours is the best way for me, since I really am not very good with a computer. I'm 61 years old. C. L. and I have a son and a daughter and four grandsons.
