RE: Kirkland Headstone Photo
You are so welcome. Others have fulfilled requests for me and I am always happy when I get a chance to pay it forward.

James & Genetta Jones
I walked the Pleasant Grove Cemetery today in an attempt to get the pictures of the gravesites for James (#134591709) and Genetta (#134591637)
Jones. Unfortunately, I was unable to locate any markers for them. The cemetery rules state that "all graves must have a headstone/monument", so it should be there. The ground is very uneven with steep hillsides and about a foot of old leaves still on the ground, so it is very possible that I overlooked it. This is a relatively small cemetery, maybe someone else can have better luck in the spring or summer.

I would like to pick up your photo request but Sparkman Hillcrest (SH) does not like to provide burial locations to volunteers, citing privacy issues. Your cooperation is needed in order for requests to be filled. The volunteers will need you to call SH and request the location. Their phone number is 214-363-5401. Once you have the location, please add it to your request. Thanks.

James Francis Stanard
The obituary has false information about the city in which he died. It is not Clinton, Henry, MO. He died in a hospice in Ridgeland, Mississippi. He was my father-in-law. Please change this as this information has been passed on in family trees. Thank you.

RE: Ragland family in Godwin Cemetery
Thank you for getting back to me. My grandmother, Helen Hale, their 12th child, told me my great grandparents were buried there, and it's possible another of their children besides Uncle Sam, may be there too. Died as a child and I have the year in our family album. I never met several of their children, or I did as a youngster and don't remember, but Aunt June, Edie, Ethel I did know, and Uncle Dick too. Working on linking them and a few more all together as well and will post link info when I can.

The link to my great-grandmother is: http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GSln=ragland&GSiman=1&GScid=54055&GRid=145679297&

And great-grandfather is:

re: Clara Withers
Thanks for your quick response. Don't know why I failed to think of checking the burial index, which I have used often in the fading past.

Walden gravestone photos
Thanks so much, Mary. And may I copy the gravestone photos for J. T. Walden and his sister, Ola (Walden) King, who are also buried in Liberty Cemetery?
