I have always loved history, in spite of that fact, I let my grandparents and parents pass away without finding out much about their lives and times.|
As I look through old newspapers for family information, if I find an obituary, I type it out and post it.
If you are related (or even if you're not) and want a transfer just let me know. I want to transfer even if the relationship is distant. If I've made typo's sorry, ... let me know and I will correct.
If you object to anything I have done just let me know and I will delete.
ps - please don't be offended, I delete messages.

|Ileta Brey||Mary Ann Jackson Brindle|
My grandmother, Mary Ann Jackson Brindle, born 29 March 1848 in Manchester, England, died 8 April 1935 in Los Angeles. Her find a grave number 134260072 indicates buried in St Joseph's, Ft Johnson. Her actually plot is in Ft Johnson cemetery next to her husband, John Brindle, who died in 1916.
She is actually in Findagrave twice, the other number is 78592024 which says she is buried in St. Mary's. If you would like to transfer ownership of her grave to me, I could make the corrections.
Thank you so much for all the work you do to help others. Sincerely, Ileta Brindle Brey

You're most welcome for the photo of Henry and his wife, who is buried beside him. I always look for spouses and other family members when I take a photo request in the hope it will help people who are searching for several related people. It was a pleasure to spend Sunday at Forest Lawn and get the photos for you as well.
thankyou been away from research for awhile.
added--thank you. Breaks my heart and makes me boil whenever I see something like this...
