Born 9/7/1943 in Bainbridge, Decatur co. Ga. Researching Skipper, Mills, and all related families of Decatur and surrounding counties. I am retired from the Decatur co. Board of Education. I love to hunt and fish, and spend quiet a bit of my time stomping thru old cemeteries with a tape recorder. I am a Mason, a Shriner, a Deacon, and a member of the Sons of Confederate Veterans, camp 1689, The Decatur Greys.
