Bio and Links
Bio Photo I began this Genealogy "hobby" back in 1994 or so, and spent the next 8-9 years researching my family (Mostly in Chesterfield County, Virginia - and its surrounding counties). I have always found 'walking around' in cemeteries peaceful and informative, so I've started bringing my camera along to add records to Find-A-Grave. Like everyone else, I may very well key in entries wrong from time to time (as in, Trouble reading the marker), so IF you see a mistake - or have more info on the deceased (Like full/missing Maiden Names, bios, etc), please use the "EDIT" feature on a memorial if you have additional info or corrections about anyone I have listed (Please Don't Leave Info In The Virtual Flowers).

If you're a close family member & would like one of the memorials I've created transferred to you within the FAG guidelines (with the exception of my family members), please let me know by using the "Suggest A Correction" feature from the memorial. Due to some unusual requests, please let me know your relationship to the person you are requesting a transfer. A Generic "Transfer this Memorial to me" will be not be honored. Also, If you request a transfer, Please Include your FindAGrave ID#.

If my work has helped your Genealogical Research in any way, please visit my dadís and momís memorials, and place a Virtual Flower out there for them. I would appreciate it.

Thanks a lot!

Really appreciate your quick response to my info edits for both Claude and his wife Mary! As a Find-a-grave contributor myself, I know how busy our "hobby" can be...and how rewarding. Thanks!

Thank you for permission to use your photo. If I had known at that moment I would have asked if I could use other photos that you have taken for my Ancestry and familysearch accounts.

Thank you again. If this is possible, I will always give you credit for your work. I'm so grateful for your help in preserving our heritage.

Bellevue Presbyterian
Thank you for all the work you have done in the Bellevue Presbyterian Cemetery. My husband has several family members located here and we are thrilled to be able to locate them and see their headstones. Bad news tho---there seems to be MANY duplicates made by a gentleman named Jerry. I wasn't sure if you were aware of this or not. I am trying to make links and such and am running into difficulties trying to sort out the mess! Good grief!

RE: John Adam Zaun
Both my dad's maternal and paternal families lived in the area and visited the house on Penick Rd often. My great great grandmother was superintendent of Sunday School at the Baptist Church. I have many family members buried in that church yard on both sides of my dad's family. I had not visited that road since childhood until recently. My sister and I walked around the cemetery and took pictures.

Close! It was at the corner of Penick and Fernwood, one block down from Glenwood. The horse was a very light buckskin, sort of cream colored.

My great grandparents house was 4611.

thanks for the response, Buddy... I will check the link on my grandfather Ernie's profile.

I spent much of my childhood visiting my great grandparents on Penick Rd. They lived on a corner lot across the street from where a horse lived in a small fenced area. My great grandparents had a lot of cement creatures and a pond in their yard (my great grandfather was in the concrete business.
