Bio and Links
Bio Photo I Have been researching Family lines for over 35 years.
BUT, this is NOT a Genealogy Research project this is about the Cemeteries!!! *same goal as the FAG
while I like to get more info and do VALID link ups and maybe a SHORT PERSONAL BIO page on the Person that lists an Obit and maybe little more, It is UNNECESSARY to put clips from census and other large documents and complete 'family histories' into the Bio.
this really is NOT the place for your Genealogy Family Research to be STORED.(that is what the GENEALOGY WEB SITES ARE FOR! NOT HERE!!) PLEASE USE ANCESTRY OR FAMILY TREES for your data.. this is where the obits and short histories and locations of burial sites should be done.. family links are NICE and helpful to the genealogist... but I have found that they are NOT always right! having the obit to prove helps... (I myself have had supposed family members give me DIFFERENT links for the parents of one memorial.)
[FAG: "the goal is not to "own" every memorial of those to whom you are related. The ultimate goal should be to have MEANINGFUL, accurate memorials that honor those who have passed away, regardless of who created the memorial or who maintains it."]

Regarding Transfers: PLEASE READ FINDAGRAVE's TRANSFER REQUIREMENTS before requesting a transfer.
IF YOU ARE DIRECTLY RELATED (read FAG DEFINITION! does NOT mean Every cousin, Aunt or Uncle! or DISTANT family member!) to someone that I have entered and wish to request a transfer to you.. please USE THE EDIT tab on the memorial to make request. PLEASE!~ USE THE EDIT FEATURE TO REQUEST EACH ONE ~
Find-A-Grave Policy on Transfers

Transfer requests should be for direct relatives within four generations, this would be your siblings, parents, grandparents, and great-grandparents. Keep in mind that the original contributor may also be related to the memorial and may not want to make the transfer. You may certainly request the transfer of memorials beyond the four generations, but the original contributor may choose not to transfer (the original contributor should make any corrections and add any addional information you have for that memorial, such as links to parents and spouses). Bulk surname requests should not be made.
PLEASE!~ USE THE EDIT TAB FEATURE TO REQUEST changes ~ I do not respond to "notes" left on this page for requests NOR do I respond to direct emails.

Regarding Duplicates: It is not my intention to create a duplicate on purpose. If you come across a duplicate I have made, please use the EDIT tab and let me know. I'll be happy to look into removing it. Please don't create a duplicate of my memorials; I would rather you ask for edits. Duplicates are the ones with the LATER date or number. do not post flowers to declare duplicates

Regarding Messages on a specific memorial: Please contact me USING THE EDIT feature in the memorial. I don't respond to "private" messages. (AND DON'T FORWARD your copy either.. I junk it)

{I reserve the RIGHT to delete ANY comment left on this page at ANY TIME!}
lately I've been getting a lot of requests to link to INVALID memorials (see findagrave FAQ's for rules on posting memorials..) claiming Cremations when they weren't done as a regular thing is NOT going to hack it with me if they aren't proven.. if the memorial is NOT in a cemetery and you've not proven it was a Cremation (not begun until after 1912) I will NOT link it to the children or spouse!! while you'd like this site to be about "memorializing" your relative that is NOT what FIND A GRAVE is about.. READ ALL OF THE FAQS!..

Thank you for the transfer of my grandparent's gravesite memorials. My Dean cousins and I appreciate it very much.

Can you please take a look at this memorial? Her spouse is incorrect, as is her name. If you would prefer I put through corrections, please let me know. I am currently researching Sally Anne and James Edward Toner, so if I find any other information (like her maiden name) I'll put it through normally.

Thank you.

Thank you for the edit to connect parents. Lorenzo's mother's surname is listed as Douglas on Lorenzo's DC. We see that the mother you are connecting does not have this maiden name. We are attempting to verify info prior to changes. Thank you.

Also is there a source for the birth date on his wife Anna Emery.

Katharine Hughetta "Babe" Martin
Thanks for the obit for Katharine Hughetta "Babe" Martin, I looked at where the info had came from on the Okla site and it said you had to have permission to use this info. also it had her born in okla and the gravestone says Texas. So I copied the obit from the Floydada Hesperian, Floydada, Tx. Hope that this is ok with you. is she kin to you

Duplicate Memorial
Your Memorial for J W Neel Memorial # 39031198 has a duplicate Memorial with more information and is # 120902650. Your Memorial is older but one needs to be deleted.

Thank you

Frank John Williams/Watling
This is interesting. Clearly the document trail consistently provides information that there was indeed a Frank John Watling/Wattling(1885Census) born in St. Paul on Oct. 7, 1877.
Census' and WW I & II. make this clear.
FJ Watling b. in Minnesota who had a son George in 1907 with Ellen Dan/Day who remove to Los Angeles by 1910.
I took a leap of faith in that document trail and edited the birth info and location BUT I need to be sure. I want to check our Cemetery spreadsheet(it's on my sons computer)who provided Williams or was it a simple typo? I'd like to actually go to his grave. I'm curious as to why Watling would become Williams. Of course there may be two men who did on the same day. We'll let you know what we discover.
Is he a family member of yours?
