Gary L. Moncur
303rd Bomb Group (H) Historian

Approximately 8,900 men served in the 303rd Bomb Group, stationed at Molesworth, England during WWII. Nearly 900 of them were Killed in Action. About 90 percent of those who survived have now passed away.

303rdBG.com is a totally non-profit endeavor to preserve the history and legacy of the 303rd Bomb Group. Every minute of time and every cent spent for over 13 years has been donated. Nothing is sold and no advertising is accepted.

Project: FOLDED FLAG is an addition to our website to honor all of our veterans who have "Gone West" with personal photos, and grave and memorial photos.

We sincerely thank you for the help and hope to use your Find A Grave photos of our 303rd BG veteran's graves on our website, added to the TAPS pages, as part of Project: FOLDED FLAG. We will ask your permission to do so.

Due to the design of the webpage, and our desire to keep the emphasis on the veteran and not on the photographer, it is impossible to credit every photographer on our website. See the memorial pages at: www.303rdBG.com/taps1.html

If you would rather we not use your photo on our website, please don't claim our photo requests. If we have used one and you want it removed, please contact us and we will quickly comply. You still own the copyright.

We are deeply grateful to all those who help us honor these members of the Greatest Generation.

We'll be happy to transfer ownership of any memorial we have created. Photos taken by us for Find A Grave may be considered public domain and you are most welcome to use them.
