Bio

My mother, Norita Helen Timmer, was responsible for introducing me to genealogy as a girl. After she died when I was 16, I put it on the shelf but in my 20s took it up again.

Below are locations and surnames that are of great genealogical interest to me.

Stearns County, Minnesota:
Timmer, Flottemesch, Westkaemper, Kulzer, Dirkes, Thoennes, Heinen, Wengeler, Reller, Richter, Lenarz, Baggenstoss, Philliper, Lakmann, Pfau and many more.

Humboldt County, Iowa:
De Groote, Meijer, Ketman, Pavey, Meranda, Britt, Eernisse, De Smidt, Schreuder/Shroeder, Bartley, Tellier, Ferris, and many more.

Hamilton County, Ohio:
Strong, Meranda, Moak, Stites, Newland, etc.

Carroll County, Missouri:
Johnson, Jones, Struck, Cox, Young, Key, Woolsey, Crumpley, Christie
