In re: From your private message as follows:
That's a great suggestion too add all the children's names.Not just the son who passed. I'm fully aware of their names as they are my first cousins.
But your notes to me were written in such a way that you were talking down to me and chastising me though.
So, because your so rude, eventually someday,in my own time, I may add their own names.
My response to this:
1) NO rudeness or talking down...
Only honesty with family historians doing research noticing omitted information according to the most recent census.
2) The purpose of family history good or bad needs to be as accurate for the future family that need to know of the family. If this were on the TV show "Who do you think you are"? Would prove to be more. Thank you for the input.
3) By the way I'm family to them as well... closer than you are. I miss my "Annabelle"
4) If I need to start a new page with ALL her family I will!! Accuracy is important.
Thanks again for your message

I just noticed you had a photo request on John Bowles and that someone had looked and could not find it. I am not familiar with this grave although I have a lot of family in this cemetery. But in looking at his find a grave entry it shows that John Bowles was the father of General Sterling Bowles. The man who run this cemetery is a descendant of General Sterling Bowles so maybe he can give you some information. His name is John Daniels. Actually he is a distant cousin of mine but not through the Bowles family.

|countrygal||LeVeare Corp sons|
Le Veare also had 3 grown sons with Annabelle "Belle" Corp
As I state again.... the names are Neil, Kevin and Matt Corp.
I'm Very disappointed that neither parent has ALL their sons listed on here!Please correct this false representation of her children. Omitting these people is a PURE disrespect to either parent even though they both are deceased.
Please correct this as you know the correct info.
I will post her and husband with their 3 sons as I go through her pictures.
You are disrespecting your aunt by not letting people know of ALL her sons! She does have 3 grown sons Neil, Matt and Kevin Corp.She loved them ALL...
If you are doing true genealogy then this information needs to be added or it's false presentation.
Would appreciate a correction of this matter.
|Loretta (Willis) Rainey-Fones||Emery Everett King|
Hello Donnie, in reply to your question concerning Emery King. My now deceased sister made the memorial. Her widow is Larry Everett Stephenson. I've made a change or two to Sis' info in the bio for Emery, hoping to make it more clear, the connection of the King and Stephenson names. Emery's mother's maiden name was Stephenson. "Each Day Counts", Loretta

|Deborah Moon-Taylor||Powhatton Simmons|
I am showing that Powhatton Choate was his uncle. It's my understanding that Powhatton Simmons was the son of Powhatton Choate's sister Cathey Choate who married John Edward Simmons. They were both dead by the time Powhatton Simmons was 10 or 11 so he was raised by his uncle Powhatton Choate. Please let me know if you know otherwise. Thanks, Deborah

In case you were wondering, the source for those edits I sent you earlier (there could be more) is: the book "Our People And Where They Rest: subtitled A Visit to 104 Old Cemeteries in Eastern Oklahoma," James W. Tyner, Maxine Tyner and Alice Tyner Timmons, American Indian Institute, University of Oklahoma, Norman, Oklahoma. 1970-1985, Vol I- XII (Library of Congress No. QE99-C5-T97) Many Northeast Oklahoma libraries may have this resource.
You had several relatives there, I think.
