You must purchase a deed of land to be buried. Funny, even to die you are required to own property.
Lost at sea at my Virtual cemetery. Stop by and offer a life vest, well okay, a flower of compassion.

|Layne Higgs||Cowen or Cowan, Robert|
Hi and thanks for your email again concerning Cowen or Cowan, Robert. I was able to research this further and discovered it was the spelling of his last name that was throwing me off. I have deleted my Find a Grave Memorial after I discovered in the Maple Park Cemetery under the correct spelling of the surname. I know that I requested no more edits from you - but I have changed my mind - I see no reason why we cant work together on this. Lets both try working together and being nice to each as we possibly can. I know you want the Cemetery Records to be be correct and so do I - We both have to realize that I have found some graves with fulfilled photo requests from the Hazelwood Cem that were not on Find a Grave. What I would like to do is send you a list - of the names in my inventory for photo requests - on the Find a Grave Web Site you are limited to 25 a week. I think when you have quite a few requests from the Cemetery it would save somebody alot of work - instead of sending them in one at a time. Let me know what you think - and like I said - even though I have made a few errors - we need to try and work together peacefully. I hope you feel the same way.

Ok stop sending me edits - Like I said I have resources - to back myself up - if a photo requests comes back and cannot be fulfilled - I usually note it on the Find a Grave Memorial - so that another photo request doesn't go it again -. Like I said I am verifying all of your infor on my end and trying to make sure the records are keot in order and that they are correct. I realize how frustating it can be for someone to have a photo request come back and that can not be fulfilled.

Hi and thanks for your information - and know you are trying to be helpful. I checked this Cowan, Robert under the Find a Grave Memorial - that I created - against Cowen, Robert of which I dont see a Find a Grave Memorial - for the time being I am not going to delete it. - sorry. I have been told that once a Find a Grave Memorial is created - a person cannot be forced to delete it. I am checking the bks and making sure the person is listed on both the records and the copies of the original Cemetery Records and we have to realize both Cemeteries and humans make mistakes. I find it hard to believe Cemetery Records are 100 percent accurate and neither are humans. Some Find a Grave Contributors argue that if a photo request goes out - that person should be on record as being buried in that Cemetery. I am sure we both agree - we want the records to be accurate - and I am not intentionally adding Memorials just for the heck of it - I have reference tools to back myself up. Thanks for your understanding.
