Bio and Links
Bio Photo Virginia and I recently (2016) celebrated our 56th wedding anniversary. My family roots include Hobson (of course), Garrison, Vandruff, Goff, and so many others too numerous to mention. The family tree has been my form of recreation for over thirty years, and I continue to seek and find connected families. I collect obituaries, headstone photos, old family photos, published biographies, engagement and wedding announcements for those in my family tree, and am always looking for more. I'm very grateful to those who post information without hoping for financial gain. I usually post memorials here when there is an obituary to use as a biographical paragraph. To avoid copyright conflicts, I edit the obituary to remove names of living individuals.

My own collected research is available for the asking.

RE: Saint Joseph Catholic Cemetery, Alliance, OH
You are very welcome! My sister and I are photographing all of the Alliance City Cemetery, but we thought we would take a couple days off and do some of the requests for St. Josephs.

RE: Hi Jerry!
Same. Three years from retirement, so trying to prepare now - and figure out where it will take place. Certainly not Southern California! And the biggest step in that direction has been to declutter to make myself more mobile. I might just end up back on your side of the country. Am seriously considering a return to KY to live out my days. Haven't lived there in a long time, but it is still more familiar than anywhere other than California.

Enjoy the upcoming holidays. And keep up your wonderful work. I was reminded of your many contributions while tracking things down online (to save as a file rather than on paper).

RE: Old acquaintance
Good to hear from you. I still use it to do some research but it don't do a lot of adding. When I have lost a family member someone else always seems to add it. I have attempted to get someone else to make corrections or amendments.
