I am originally from Minnesota (Lake Wobegon area), then retired from the U.S. Army to southern USA. I now work as a Library Assistant in a county library.

I began going through local cemeteries when my husband started to research his family. I started working on my family's genealogy after attending a family reunion and realizing I did not know hardly anyone there.

I am a member of the Honor Guard through the local American Legion and go to a lot of cemeteries in the area. I always make sure I get there early enough to go for a stroll through the cemetery just to see what I can see.
