I was raised on a farm in Indiana County, Pennsylvania. My father farmed with horses when I was very young so I grew up with a love of the land, and animals. Today I still treasure the natural heritage of this land, and I still live in the country. My hobbies include horseback riding, making leaded glass windows and other crafts, nature watching, and history and its varied disciplines. I am tracing my family's geneology. My most recent project was recording the historic cemetery of St. Stephen's Episcopal Parish church in St. Stephen, SC on the "Find A Grave" website. There are one thousand+ graves in this cemetery, some dating to before the Revolution. The church recently celebrated its 250th anniversary.We recently moved from South Carolina back to our native Pennsylvania. We are enjoying our new home on a hillside, loving the cooler climate, and anxiously awaiting the Fall colors and the winter snows which we have missed for many years.
