I have been working on genealogy for about twenty two years. Started out to document our family for our new granddaughter, in the event that someday she would have an interest. Little did I know that this project would light a fire in me to find out more of my family history. Having Quaker roots on my fathers side and being an engineer, I found their Monthly Meeting minutes intriguing. At the present time we have located about 58,000 folks we are related to. Just was made aware of this site yesterday (3/22/06) by a cousin. Have added information on several family members buried in different states. Our home is only 20 miles from where my Quaker Ancestors started the West Branch MM in Miami County Ohio. Thanks to everyone working on this site.
