I was born in Pensacola, FL and grew up in Bay Minette, AL. I am retired from the University of Alabama in Huntsville, where I worked on a NASA earth science satellite project as the science software manager for one of the instruments (AMSR-E) on the Aqua satellite. It was a great job. I am married to the love of my life and we have 2 grown daughters and 1 son-in-law, who are the light of my life.
