Bio

I began researching my genealogy in 2002 trying to prove my Native American ancestry (which I have yet to find - haha). In the last year I began seriously working on the genealogy (almost every day) and stumbled across FindAGrave.com while doing research.

This site has been very helpful in my search for family and volunteers taking photos for me helped clear-up some spellings and dates. It is because of these volunteers helping me that I decided to give back to the FAG community by becoming a volunteer myself.

Now, I have fun writing to cemeteries for maps and records and going to the cemeteries to photograph stones. It has been and will continue to be both enjoyable and educational. Sometimes I take a friend or family member with me. We love hunting stones and reading some of the interesting markers in the area while searching.

As of January 2018, I have become to ill to continue working on this site. If I control a memorial that you would like to take over, send me an email with your ID # and the names of the memorials you want. I will happily transfer them to you.
