I guess I am sort of a history buff and especially American History. I have had several ancestors in Am. Rev. War and Civil War. My recent ancestors were primarily Irish/Scot/English/Welsh with the exception of a German Grandmother and a few Pennsylvania Dutch. DNA testing has proven many other nationalities which makes the search all the more interesting.
