After almost 32 years of law enforcement experience then retirement into the peace and solitude of the Rocky Mountians of Colorado. I have decided to embark on a quest to find out the origins of both my maternal and paternal families. This quest has taken me througout the Confederate States of America with paternal family members serving with the 33rd Mississippi Infantry (Leake Rebels)and to the Boarder Lands of Texas and Mexico with maternal family members serving either with the armies of Poncho Villa or fighting against him. Along the way I have located long lost relatives and brought families back together. I have also gathered up information and taken photographs that I hope will help others in their search.
