RE: James Rose Cemetery Info
I found this info in Cemeteries of Johnston County I forget which book number. It is at the Johnston County Heritage Center, but our local library had a copy fortunately. Ambrose S. Lee (now deceased) a Lee / Rose Historian gave this info to the person compiling this material on March 16, 1976. There is
also a Rose family history entitled: "My Father's People" It contained much information, researched by descendants of James Rose, namely Wickliffe Rose grandson of James Rose & Jerusha.McLawhorn.

RE: Mary Carter/ Webber
wow that stinks!I was surprised when I read the part they felt it was stealing if you used their info and pictures, what gives? Like anyone would be able to use them for profit, especially when they are your family.. I was shocked. well anyway I know where she is now so we can link her to her family. thanks for all you do!

There are also duplications of Vasia and PN Webber. The three duplicates have the most information. The originals have only headstone information. Don't know if you want to do anything about this so I posted photos across all memorials and will leave it at that.

Archabald Nelson Webber
OK, you'll have to forgive my thickheadedness. Out of curiosity I went to the Lamar Cemetery page and looked up Webber memorials. I see what you are saying now. Archabald and Nelson and evidently Nettie are all the same person. There is a memorial for Archabald Nelson and one for Nettie both with the same dates. Nettie Webber is obviously a duplication. I have now posted the photos of Nelson's monument to Archabald Nelson's memorial. Maybe I have it right now.

RE: Webbers Lamar Cemetery
I'm so very glad to do it. This was my third or fourth time working the Lamar cemetery and I had found the Webber headstone before but as you note the names on the stone do not match the names on the memorial. The dates however are exactly the same so I decided to go ahead and shoot and post them. I suspect "Nettie" is a nickname for Nelson. In any case I have not located Archabald Webber. He may be out there, I'll keep an eye out. You waited four years for these so we'll keep looking!
