Bio and Links
Bio Photo Hi, I'm Suzie. I became interested in genealogy in 2007 after my father died.

I live in Austin, TX, with my husband and our two kidlets. I enjoy riding my dirt bikes (yz250f & ttr225), learning digital photography (Nikon D90), genealogy, exploring cemeteries, and reading.

Feel free to send corrections and/or add photos to any memorial I maintain. Death certificates are welcome. Thank you for any contribution you care to make. I can't tell you how much I appreciate everyone's assistance and input. I do try to credit contributors in the memorial bios with links to their Find A Grave profiles.

If you would like to maintain a memorial I have created, please leave me a message or use the "edit - suggest a correction" option. I am open to transferring memorials to anyone who is in any way related to, or friends of, the deceased. Or if you are investigating a particular family line, feel free to ask for a transfer. I just ask that you do not delete any links to previous contributors that I have created in the memorials. This is a collaborative effort and I like to acknowledge that.

If you would like to use the photos I have taken for your personal family/Ancestry trees, please credit Fluttergirl.com.

Robert and Berta Vore
Thank you sooo much for posting their graves. Berta Vore was my grandmother's sister, and moved to St. Louis in her last years. My second cousin was the executor of her estate, but he passed three months later. Her will was not probated. His children did not have a clue as to the disposition of Berta or Bob. I have been looking for her for over 10 years. I was afraid that she was cremated and was sitting on a shelf in someone's garage. (LoL)

Thank you again!!

RE: Dora McGee Kelly
I don't know her either even though she's buried in Travis county. I think with the size of my family I have enough to do right now w nine children in my dad's family and seven in mine. I started w Guncles
's wife Carmen Welch. She sent me her son's obit. I was in DC working and researching family. Thank you for fixing uncle Harvey and my grandparents. This really threw me because I only knew of two marriages for Aunt Dode (nickname). I'm a newbie to findsgrave and still learning. Again thank you.

Dora McGee Kelly
The parents John W and Clearcie E McGee are NOT her parents. She's attached to the and to uncle Harvey's grave in Lubbock. The correct Dora Caroline McGee Davenport Johnson is buried w her 1st husband Oscar Daniel Davenport in Highland Park Iowa Park Texas. What a mess. I attended Uncle Oscar's funeral. Willie and Dora lived at a service station/store on the state line of TX and NM. His name was Wellington Johnson. I'm trying to fix this mistake. Family are buried there but not this aunt. Please help fix.

Thank you Suzie for the transfer.
I was able to add much to her memorial, including some census info and her birth certificate as well.

Hello Suzie ! A transfer would be simply great. I have been looking for her in the Austin Texas area for some time. She is one of the last children of my Grandfather that I could never locate. Thank You very much !

RE: Henry Walker
Thank you Suzie.

Henry was a classmate and friend of mine for all our school years together, as well as those other two who died with him in the accident.

As long as I know someone will take care of "him".
And I can't take him "with me" should I go anytime soon.

Thank you,

June

RE: Harry Roger Bevil
You are simply awesome! My mother was so happy about you finding Infant Bevil and now knowing where she was buried. The death certificate is fine and we are grateful you posted it. If you do go back out there, his second wife "Barbara Bevil" is buried two rows up from him.....I think. If you buy chance come across her I think it would be nice to have her connected.
Also, do you know if Oak Hill Cemetery is close by this one? Mom is baffled on how she got that wrong. LOL!
Thank you,
Melanie

RE: Harry Roger Bevil
Suzie,
Thank you!!! I questioned my Mother on the cemetery information she gave me for my Grandfather Harry. I knew from my memories of visiting his grave that the picture of the cemetery entrance was not right. Great find on your part!
I moved the memorial over to Cook Walden Forest Oaks, thanks in advance for moving the picture over and also for creating the memorial for baby Bevil!
So appreciate what you have done here! Thank you so much!
