I was born and raised in Dacula, Georgia. I have a son, born 26 June 2005.

I started doing genealogy when I was 12 - yes, I started young - and just discovered the joy of wandering through old cemeteries. I am related to most everyone in the Zion Lutheran Cemetery in Edginton, Rock Island Co, IL, and hopefully one day will get up there to photograph and transcribe the entire cemetery.

I currently live in Stony Point, Alexander Co, NC, which is close to Statesville.
