I have a deep passion for genealogy thanks to my start back when I found out I was to be a grandmother for a first time. Since that time I have become the co-owner and archivist for MyRootsPlace.com (We are a free site to join and search; non-profit genealogy community site.)
My love for cemeteries started long before I ever even got started into genealogy. Now I love preserving our ancestors headstones via photos so that those who can not visit in person to their ancestors grave may do so online.
My family lines I am researching are ALDRICH, ROYAL, MYRICK, BOWKER, LYON(s), HEIL, CLARK, CASTLEBERRY, AVERY, SIMMONS, BAIRD, SHADDIX, FLOYD along with many more surnames to many to list. My paternal line came from England to US landing first in MA then Maine. My maternal line is from Germany...I am my mothers first born generation of her family line here to the states.
