I am trying to get all my husband's skeletons out of the closet. I should have done it before I married him, but I obviously did not plan well. I really enjoy helping him find his relatives, and have made some wonderful new friends in the process. I have also helped him find his grandpa,and in the process, discovered the reason no one ever marked his resting place with a stone. That has now been rectified, but there are more of our relatives out there forgotten, and Find-a-grave helps us to remember. The best thing is connecting with similary minded research enthusiasts who are putting families back together. Like my friend Jane Denny said, "It sure beats crossword puzzles."
