|My husband and I grew up in central Indiana and currently live in Indianapolis area. We've been doing genealogy for about 6 years and have traveled extensively around the country tracing our families and their burial sites. We have been doing cemetery walking in central Indiana area since February, 2009 and love it. We are both retired and are able to spend a lot of time doing what we love.|
I am getting a lot of requests that don't have a member id# or links to the memorials. Therefore, I will no longer make change requests without this information.

Thank you for transferring Georgia Anna to me. Would you mind transferring her parents to me, too:
Peter Riggs #44023578
Louessa Riggs #44023577
I've looked at the names in the Cadiz Cemetery and I figure I'll be asking you to transfer more in the future as soon as I link them in my family tree. (Ricks, McKee and possibly more)

This is my Father's first wife. I will gladly take this under my care if you are not related to her. I was named after her and my mother's best friend from her first marriage. Weird, I know...She is also the mother of three of my siblings. If you choose to keep her, her maiden name was Riggs. Thanks,
Georgianna McDaniel Coldren

|N J Martin||MENIS|
Amanda & James Menis Dunreith Cem Henry Co IN
It is sup to be Manis I realize it says Menis but I think that was just a mistake on the stone and it says d/o and s/o D & M (Dalzell Manis & Marena Lawson) Dalzell & Marena div bef 1860 but these are their children. Amanda Manis was born Feb 25, 1844 Rush Co and died in Henry Co IN they were living in Spiceland with their father in 1860. Anyway, James Manis was born June 30, 1853 most likely Rush Co but poss Henry not sure when the father moved from Rush to Henry and James died of course there in Henry Co IN.
You can find them Henry Co IN Dalzell Marena (she also went by Irena on some census) and children including Amanda and James was not born yet then in 1860 you can find Dalzell without the mom (I am not sure where she was at in 1860) in Spiceland Henry Co IN and a housekeeper Caroline Reason who Dalzell later married. 1870 Irena (Marena) Manis is still in Spiceland, then in 1880 Irena (Marena) is still in Spiceland with a dt, son & two grandchildren. Of course Amanda & James are dead by that time. The father had moved on by 1870 to Madison Co IN. The father Dalzell Manis is but in the K of P IOOF Cem Frankton Madison Co IN but I don't know if anyone put a memorial on here for him and I do not know right now where the mother Marena (Lawson) Manis is but or when she died but most likely she is but there in Dunreith also poss no stone?? But I can't find her aft 1880 and of course no 1890 census.
Thanks for updating the memorial.
