I am a retired Special Education Consultant and finally have the time to research my family lines. I will be researching: Dempsey, Long, Hughes, Bryant, Henley, Burgess,Staton,Gowing, Huddleston, Williams, Wilson, Coon/Kuhn) which have a long history in West Virginia, Virginia, Kentucky, Tennessee and Maryland. Additionally I will be researching the Holt, Toth, Welsby, Hill, Sherlock, McLean and McColl lines which will take me through Canada, England, Ireland, Scotland, Austria, Hungary, etc.
What a wonderful way to relearn history and geography!
