To the gentleman whose grandfather is buried in Der Stadt Friedhof Cemetery in Fredericksburg:
The Find A Grave web site always shows images of a cemetery on memorial pages if an image of the cemetery is available. That image is labeled, "Cemetery Photo," and in no way is meant to substitute for an image of a headstone.
If you wish for a volunteer to take a picture of the headstone for a memorial page, you can request one with the "Request a photo" button.
