RE: Chambers Cemetery
It could possibly been that Hattons owned the land where the cemetery is located. The earliest burial that I can see that is listed in the cemetery is
Chambers, Jefferson Davis 54331934
b. Jan. 13, 1862 d. Dec. 16, 1899
Most likely that is where the name came from - not certain why the cemetery is listed as Chambers and then is some places listed as Hatton - sorry that I couldn't been more of help for you on this issue.
I would suggest researching the deed of the cemetery. That might be a way to get some answers - or it could be as simple as at the time of A.R.'s death that the informant wasn't certain of the name and just stated Hatton as the name of the cemetery for the obit/death certificate. Might want to also get a copy of A.R.'s death certificate to see what the burial location is listed on his death certificate - and maybe research some of the other burials to see what is on their death certificates.
Best of luck in your endeavors.

Goodness! You've been hard at it! I thank you for your work in finding lots of my ancestors!

In case you haven't figured out in the past few years, Shackleford Funeral Home is no more. I think his wife may still be alive - though not 100% certain. I know his wife's daughter is very much alive, as she helped in my Mom's funeral at Herald & Stewart in Mt. Sterling.

Day Memorials @ Holderby Cemetery
I received your email saying these are all duplicates. This is my grandparents and their children buried here. I believe the owner of the original pictures has passed away. I have never been able to contact him or Find a grave regarding this problem. For me to connect my family lines I had to re-post my own submissions of photos. I am the person that paid for all the new markers you see for them. I want them all connected desperately. If you have a solution where I can manage the original posts I will be happy to delete mine otherwise the company itself should contact me. Thanks for your interest.
