Bio

In 2007 my father, George "Elwood" O'Neal, and my mother, Ruth Opal (Green) O'Neal, passed on to the other side. I miss them deeply, but I am grateful for and I am proud of their memories. Please, allow me to share them with you…

My father, Elwood, was a descendant of Daniel W. and Vashti E. (Pearson) O'Neal through his father, George J. O'Neal. He was a descendant of Jacob A. F. "Frank" and Nellie (Gears) Reed through his mother, Sarah E. (Reed) O'Neal.

My mother, Ruth, was a descendant of John C. and Mary E. (Coleman) Green through her father, Claude E. Green. She was a descendant of James W. and Mary J. (Blair) Newkirk through her mother, Celia M. (Newkirk) Green

When Dad died it shook my world…the realization that what once always was never will be again hurt deeply. Then when Mom died 4 months later due to an accident at Saint Mary's Hospital someone asked me how I felt. I replied "like New York when it lost its twin towers".

Spend time with your families, enjoy them and create unforgettable memories.

To help preserve the memories of many wonderful people I have added their memorials to F.A.G. If you find any mistakes or if you would like me to transfer the ownership of a loved one's memorial I will do so, if the person is not also my relative. Please send me an email.
