Bio and Links
Bio Photo I was born in Weed, Siskiyou County California September 27, 1949. I grew up in Cottonwood, Shasta County, California. For the past 30 years I have lived the the Davis and Woodland, Yolo County, California area. My hobby is to do family history.

A few years ago I lost most of my eye sight and haven't been able to do maintenance on the pages. My daughter Tanya and my husband Dave are now helping with my pages. If there are changes that you would like made that I haven't done, we just did some of them, please let me know again and it will get done. In 2012 We moved back to Cottonwood as my husband and I are now retired..

I have attached Harriet to her parents. Are you related to her? She was my husband's Great Great Grandmother.

I noticed you made a note stating her year of birth as 1872, but the 1880 census shows she was 6 years old, making her born in 1874.
Thought you might like this piece of info.

Also, I am doing research on the MILLS families for a friend of mine whose great-grandparents are LOTT MILLS AND ELIZABETH BOWLES.

You all have done a wonderful job putting these families on FIND A GRAVE and it is most appreciated.

I'm not aware if this is your family, but I wanted to let you know that I connected Arthur Laverne Fletcher #106085839 (1897-1899) to his parents, Hugh Fletcher and Olive White. I was able verify parentage via Have a great weekend.

William Murphy Jr.
Fascinating to know that the Civil War was actually brother against brother. My great grandfather William Lewis Murphy fought with the Missouri 11th volunteer Infantry (Union) I have his muster papers and a photo of him with 4 of his sons and a book that was written by Dennis W. Belcher.
