I was born in Chicago,IL. My father was in the Navy. I am a direct descendent of Thomas and Hannah Keen, who donated part of their farm for the Keen's Chapel and cemetery. Many of my family are buried there. I was a career teacher and am now retired. Most of my teaching was done in Alaska. My husband is a retired minister. We have three children and 5 grandchildren. I am busy working on my family genealogies from both my mom's side and my dad's to update the information where there has been a start and start where there is no information. We live in the state of Washington with our cat, Missy.
