I've lived all over the country and have settled near my genealogical roots on the Eastern half of the continent in NE Pennsylvania with my husband and 3 kids. I've always loved Genealogy and thought Find A Grave was such a fantastic tool! For research, having fun, learning the area, meeting new friends and having an excuse to explore the history that can only be found in cemeteries.|
If I am listed as the manager of a memorial that is your relative and you would like to "have" the memorial, please ask. I will be more than happy to transfer ownership to a relative of the deceased.

I am not able to identify the location of this cemetery. Still doing research for "coffin man" & "open urn" man. there are a few stones that fit the correct time frame. I have been using a wonderful PA map and there does not appear to be anything to the west of Rt. 267. could you be more specific? you could email me privately if you would like email@example.com.
These maps are great: ftp://ftp.dot.state.pa.us/public/pdf/BPR_pdf_files/Maps/GHS/Roadnames/susquehanna_GHSN.PDF

|Roberta Hewitt||Lena Quick|
Lena Quick actually was born in 1889 according to her death certificate so her gravestone is wrong if it reads 1899

I lost touch with you when my computer crashed 3 yrs. ago. I lost all my e-mail addresses. I want to thank you for all the work you have done as a contributor to Find A Grave. All the Memorials & photos added to my Family Members mean so much to me. Your giving nature and unselfish ways are a blessing to everyone who knows you. THank you for all you have done.
|Barbara Hunter-Holmes||Berton E. Kiefer #38426534|
Do you happen to have any photos of Berton and his wife Anna's tombstone?
They are related through their son Reese's wife Alice G. Snell.
Thanks so much,
|AZ Susi||Roel & Mabel's marriage|
I see on the marriage certif. for Roel Ellis and Mabel (Buzzard)on 2 Jun 1941, it gives Roel's parents as Oliver Ellis & Mary J. Ellis. No maiden name for her there. I do know Nancy's are sometimes also called Mary & visa-versa. Looks like Mabel's parents are: Thomas Buzzard & Katherine Stugell?

Thank you for a little background. Now I understand the confusion with the last name McDonald. I'll see what I can find out more why Nancy's name appears as McDonald on that one marriage record. I think Oliver & Nancy had an Elmer, too?

Thanks Laurel for the background on Roel.. No rush on linking. I didn't have a marr. date for the marriage(s) of Oliver, his father. I go back and try to dig more.

That would be wonderful. I'd be happy to do it. Thank you for the transfer.
Wow, I can imagine the damage a fallen tree would cause. Thank you for all your work in this cemetery and others. You and your work is so very appreciated!

As Sarah is in my family lineage, would you mind transferring her memorial to me? I will then add other data and remove the duplicate which I have posted as I prefer yours with the grave-stone photo; my sincere appreciation .. Della
