I have been researching my family's history for more than 40 years. On my father's side, I descend from two different Ball families who settled in East Central Indiana in the early 19th centuries. My mother's family (Duncan/Waggoner/Conder) came mainly from the Carolinas to Southwestern Indiana, also in the early 19th Century.
