Bio and Links
Bio Photo I am the mother of 2 adult children and grandmother of 3 wonderful grandsons and 1 beautiful granddaughter. I also have four adorable cats that are spoiled rotten!

When my daughter was growing up, her and I often went for walks through cemeteries, calling to each other from afar to come and look at a tombstone with some unusual marking or scripture. Others thought us odd.

Many of you have known us as Sue and Doug. Unfortunately, I lost Doug to Melanoma Cancer, after a 6 year battle. He passed away on Dec. 20, 2013. Doug was the love of my life. Be sure to take a look at his memorial. Douglas Dean Ward

Doug absolutely loved to search for the headstones of your loved ones. When we lived in the Fulton, MO, area, he was out in a flash to try to help. As he became more ill, we moved to Hannibal, MO, closer to family.

I will keep our public name as "Sue and Doug." Doug contributed so much to FAG, that I want him to always have the credit.

Please hold your loved ones tight, and never let them forget that you love them.

Hello Sue and Doug, John was a Civil War Veteran. I added a picture of him in uniform. I'll submit an edit request to add his rank and middle name and another for the Bio Section to add his military unit. The source was the book " Faces of the Civil War". Thanks for having created his memorial. Paul Turner

Thought you should know
The bio you have on our ancestors, Philip Dever Stephens was sent to you by one of the unscrupulous members of the Stephens who have been destroying our memorials for the past 2 yrs.
Yet never showing us any proof that they are even a Stephens.
As he has done in the past, Daniel, who sent you the bio information...copied it verbatim from my tree and didn't even include the source.
They do this regularly.

That is part of a book entitled
." Source: "The Stephens Family with Collateral Branches" by Edward Stephens Clark 1892.

Thanks cousin

photo of cemetery
The photo you show on Holy Rosary Cemetery in Warrenton, Missouri is an incorrect photo...the cemetery has no building on the lot. The church is 2 miles away in Warrenton on Boonslick Rd., the cemetery is in Truesdale on Pinckney Rd.

Please correct.

Re: Photo 31507063 to 167031682
Your beautiful headstone photo should be on a different memorial.

Please, could you remove photo from # 31507063 and add to # 167031682 for Sarah Elizabeth Baker Wilkerson.

(It is currently on the memorial for John Hiram Wilkerson's sister who died in 1914, while it should be on the memorial for his wife, Sarah Elizabeth Baker Wilkerson who died in 1937.)

With appreciation,
p.s. I added your photo (with credit) to 167031682 temporarily until you get an opportunity to add it yourself.

Memorial #33200410
Ref: Walter Dahl

You created the memorial #33200410 on Jan. 24, 2009 and I created memorial #79983053 on Nov. 6, 2011. Since you created it first, I should delete the record I created. However, Walter Dahl is my uncle. Would you mind deleting the record #33200410 which you created? I would appreciate it. Thank you.

No, I'm not related to Ted. TV Buckwalter was my step gf. They were married in Detroit in 1941. That's where my family lived until we moved to Florida, ca. 1958.
TV and my gm moved to Ft. Lauderdale, not sure when, and lived there until their deaths.
I have a vague memory of his son Lawrence, but no one else from his family.

I was hoping, if you aren't related, if you would allow me to take over care of Mr. Martin's Memorial. I am related but not back just two ways back. Thank you Marsha
