When I was in my 20's I found my grandmother's scrapbook that traced one ancestral line back to pre-Revolutionary War times. My sister and I sat for days transcribing it via an old manual typewriter. Good thing I did - that scrapbook disappeared after MeeMaw died. It sparked an interest in genealogy that has recurred, and I'm currently researching again. FindAGrave is a wonderful website, and I'd like to thank all the folks who have preceded me in placing so many postings, and who continue to do so, day by day.

Ramona (shown as a Friend) is my cousin and has additional Miller and Wheatley postings.

I have four family history books for sale on Amazon.com. "A Farm Near Frohna" details my husband's German ancestors in Missouri and Illinois. "Monte Etna's Children" details his Sicilian heritage in St. Louis, Missouri. My third book "Surviving the Times" is about my Miller and Wheatley ancestors in Tennessee and Missouri. And "Heading West & Moving On" is about my Eads and Tipton ancestors emigration from the east coast to Missouri and beyond. Check out my websites www.marylindamiller.com and www.terrytrackhoe.com.
