Bio

I have been researching my family roots since the fall of 2001. Before that I knew very little about my ancestry beyond my great-grandparents. How amazed I was to discover that I was a descendant of many of the first settlers of New England, including several of the Pilgrims. I am happy to be able to honor my ancestors by visiting and photographing their gravesites and by posting their names on my family tree. I now have an ever-growing extended family, and many new friends I have met online and in person through researching my family tree. I also have a greater appreciation for the determination and strong faith in God which helped my ancestors rise to the challenges of history. It is because of them and their faith that we are here today enjoying the freedom, goodness, and prosperity of our country.
