- truthfully state your relationship. Doesn't matter if your related by DNA, through marriage, distantly related or they were like family...be honest

- Requests may be denied due to the following:
- deceased is a direct relative of MINE or MY HUSBAND
- being dishonest about your relationship to deceased
- demanding transfer be made
- rudeness ( isn't there enough of that in the world already?)
