Bio Photo I lost my husband on April 3, 2011 we had been together since we were 16 for 30 years we did everything together.

Thank all of you for your kind words, thougts and prayers during this difficult time. It feels good knowing there are so many caring people out there. I guess that is why we all do this. We Care!

I would suggest to anyone that is making a photo request to please call the cemetery and get the section and lot #. This helps in getting your request filled sooner as the cemetery staff are more willing to speak with family members. Not all cemeteries have an office you can call but you should try. If I have posted a memorial and there is no picture attached I may have it but haven't posted it yet. I am trying to do this as time permits.

Please feel free to use any volunteer photos I have taken in your genealogical research.

I am sorry it has taken so long for me to get to some of your requests but my schedule has changed and I find that I have less time to devote to my hobbies but I am trying to keep up with all the requests.

Thanks Again for your understanding.

She was my maternal grandmother. Thank you for creating the memorial page. I've been researching this family for about 45 years. She and I were so very close. So sorry about the loss of your husband.

RE: Carl Lober Memorial # 50843843

Thank You for your response and for helping with the information for Carl!! So it does look like this is my missing Carl! He last showed up in Saginaw in 1922, then it looks like he went to work on a freighter and traveled the entire world. It looks like he finally settled in Mobile and worked at the port there. I have been looking for an obituary for him on several online newspaper sites but no luck so far. I have a call into Pinecrest to see if they have a copy of his obituary in his file. I have to go to my local library to get his father's and his other siblings' obituaries from microfilm. Hoping to make it there this week. After their mother passed away, it looks like the father split the children up and they were raised by different families. Carl's youngest sister was raised by my grandfather's cousins. Then it looks like the father remarried, moved to Detroit and had several children with his second wife. Hoping to get all these family members connected some day. I would appreciate any information you have to share. My email address is
Thank You again for any help and for taking the time to work on Carl's and Freda's memorials!!

Carl Lober Memorial # 50843843
Lisa, You have a memorial set up for a Carl Lober and his wife Freda Lober. I am trying to track a Carl Lober that was born in Saginaw< Michigan in about 1903. His parents were Peter Lober and Lena Denninger Lober. I believe that this is the Carl Lober I am looking for but need to find more information to verify it. I am hitting a dead end here. Do you have any more information that could help me? Where did you get the dates of his birth and death? Thanks for any suggestions you may have..

S T :)
Wishing you blessings~
But I also have a question! You may or may not know the answer to. I am sure you can't be an expert on every place you take a photo of, but hoping :) Helping someone else with their family, so.

John Franklin Norman # 41362697
is buried in Alabama, but linked to
Carrie Belle Parker # 27036455
who is buried in Mississippi.
Carrie Belle Parker & a John Franklin Norman were married, but there is more than one John F in that general overall area between Louisiana / Mississippi / and Alabama. I was wondering, did you have an obituary or family knowledge or something to go on?

I'm also going to ask the other source, hoping maybe between the two of you ;) I can see it more clearly.

Take your time.

In any case, Thank You for all your lovely work!
