Born: Danville, Ky. Lived in Ohio for a few years. My education started in Ohio. Moved back to Ky. Graduated from high school. Went to school in Chicago. Then, the Army. Back to Kentucky. Earned three degrees. Taught for 32 years. Retired: June 2005. My second wife was born and raised in GRAYSON COUNTY, VIRGINIA, Stevens Creek area. Since, my retirement I've had the opportunity/time to work on my "SPECIAL" hobby (GENEALOGY). SURNAMES in my wife's PREDIGREE LINE: UNDERWOOD, FUNK, HALE, PATTON.
