Bio and Links
Bio Photo I have always loved my family history, wondering what it was like for my mother's side to emigrate from Luxembourg, and for my father who lived in Germany with his grandparents the first 2 years of his life before coming to America.
I started collecting tidbits of information from my grandmother's when I was in high school in the late 60's/early 70's, and then started really doing research, mostly online in the late 90's.
My family surnames are: Schoborg, Prom, Klaesges, Bromenschenkel, Hoffmann, Ratermann and anyone who married in those families.

Tarnowski - St Anthony's Cemetery
Hi Methuria,

Just wondering if you are related to the Tarnowskis. I have a friend with that family name who is desperately looking for her roots in the Germany / Poland part of the world.

I posted to the bio for you. That is interesting, she died later than Peter and is buried in Stearns County, Minnesota. She was one of the unhappy persons that didn't like the new church being built in present day Johnsburg, about a mile south of the first church where her husband is buried. Quite a few disgruntled people moved out.

If you call Acacia Park Cemetery and Mausoleum at 773-625-7800 and:
1. Ask if your photo request person has a headstone / grave marker.
2. If there is a headstone / grave marker ask for the section, block, lot and grave number.
3. If you send that information to me, Susan (#48964989) I will go there and fulfill your photo request. Of course any other Find A Grave volunteer can also fulfill your request if you then add the headstone location information to your photo request page.
Good Luck.

Robert D. Campbell
You sent me a long message and inquiry concerning Robert Campbell who married Letitia Wallis.
I am sorry to report that I know nothing about the Campbell side of the family of that marriage. My interest relates to the Wallis family.
I wish you luck in trying to find an answer to your question.

St. Boniface Cemetery, Cold Spring, MN.

Thank you for sending the edit/corrections for the Oster's. I am not related to anyone at the cemetery; so if you would like to maintain them (or any others I have created there) please just ask me for a transfer. I would be happy if someone that knew more about them could care for them.
