I am C. Renee Simmons and have been researching my family's history for nearly 40 years. I am researching the following families and areas. I am researching my African American ancestors and the Caucasian individuals and families they were associated with as neighbors, employees, and yes, I am researching the slavery relationship. Over time members of these families and their descendants have migrated all over the states. Therefore, my research is not limited to these areas. I have placed flowers on the graves on my known kin all over the country. Thanks to all who remember their ancestors. Have a great day!
