In 2002 started getting interested of where my people came from, so started picking here/there on it, until 2006, been hunting seriously since then. The greatest hobby is hunting the genealogy scene, to find new info on my paternal/maternal families. Along the way I have found new family members that I never knew I had or met; made some new friends also.
I was born in Texas, my mother/father comes from Louisiana. So my people comes from Louisiana originally. My father's daddy moved his family to Orange, Texas in the middle of the 1940's because of work. Daddy would go back there to visit family and along the way he met my mother, they married and momma of course left Louisiana. Another hobby I love to do is going to the cemeteries, library and search for family members, but because of my disable walking on the un-even ground of the cemeteries it is getting harder for me to enjoy that hobby.
