I recently discovered there is a name for people like me: Gravers. I like to visit cemeteries, walk through, and imagine what the people must have been like, what their families went through in losing them, and think about life and my purpose here. Some people might think me odd, and they're probably right, though wandering graveyards is not my only pastime. I am a wife of 27 years, a mother of five grown children, a metalsmith, a writer, a sewist, and a soapmaker, among other things. I also like to research my family tree on Ancestry and Wikitree.
