You can cite me as owner using this statement: Original headstone photo found on Findagrave.com. Permission to use headstone photo granted by Findagrave contributor MyrtisJane (#47090616).

My grateful thanks to Findagrave for providing a place to preserve our cemetery headstone data. Thank you to all the wonderful individuals who contribute not only their time and energy but expense in locating and transcribing cemetery data. Here we can help preserve the memories and images of our family and friends, and we help strangers to us but not to those that find their family and friends among these web pages.
I encourage corrections and/or suggestions for updates. Any edit requests may take up to a month to make but most are completed quicker.
Most memorials I add are works in progress and I am always looking for links and additional information about them. Let's never forget our family and friends. Please leave flower tokens so I can tell that they have been visited.
Please consider setting up a virtual cemetery for your family members. Any memorial can be entered into this virtual cemetery so you can have all your family together. Having someone in your family genealogy is not grounds for a memorial transfer. With thousands of contributors, there are many overlapping family trees and it would be impossible for all contributors to manage their entire tree.
Currently live in Walker County Georgia. This web site has helped me find many places I have been looking for. Thanks Find-a-Grave.
Researching Bishop's family from Magee / Mendenhall, Simpson County, Mississippi and Jones' family from Ellisville, Mississippi.
My Bishop family line is me, Walter R, T. Melvin, T. Webster, T. Spencer, Josiah, and Ezekiel Bishop. The "T" stands for Tillmon, Tilman, Tillman, etc.
My Jones family line is me, Margaret Ella, James Robert (Jim), and William Calvin Jones.
I am also interested in the Bishop line female spouse surnames of Sellers, Harvey, Sullivan, Warren, and Street.
I am also interested in the Jones line female spouse surnames of Carney and Stephens.
My husband family names include Craig, Howard, and Morris.

I believe that wrong Henry is linked to Charlotte "Lottie" Tullos Steele. Big age difference plus at that age old to beginning having children

May I use your photo of Bobby Killen for my family tree? Photo courtesy given. My paternal great grandmother was a Killen. Thanks, and I appreciate your work. I enjoy cemetery work, too.
|Ann Couillard||Memorial #176654458|
Would you like for me to transfer management to you? I am not related and would happy to do so.
|Kelly Finethy||James and Mary Dupree|
Hi Myrtis Jane,
My name is Kelly and I'm James and Mary Dupree's biological granddaughter from Betty Carolyn Dupree-Arinder. I was adopted at 3 days old (Mary Jean Arinder) in Jackson, MS at University Hospital. Please let me know how to reach out to you outside of findagrave.com.

Thank you so much for entering these family members into Find-A-Grave! I appreciate the memorial sites you've created, and I would like to maintain them if possible. Would you please transfer management of their sites to me? As you can see, I've already sponsored their memorials, and I would love to go further.
Thank you for your consideration.

Thank you, Myrtis; you're a star!
|Cheryl Moore Hewitt||Thanks for Recording a Memorial|
Thank you so much for recording the memorial for Jeanne Ropp Ahlberg. Jeanne and I were college roommates at Columbia Graduate School of Bible and Missions, Columbia, SC. When I found her memorial on-line, I cried--tears of joy and sorrow. I was so happy to see the photo of the grave marker. It made me feel closer to my dear friend. I certainly appreciate your work!
