I have been restoring old family photographs (the earliest from 1864) since about 2000. Because of that hobby, I got into genealogy so that I could better identify the individuals in the photographs I was restoring. Because of the work of a 2nd cousin of mine, I realized that the Find A Grave site offered an opportunity to publish some of the photographs I've restored and make public information I have researched about my ancestors.

I am primarily interested in maintaining memorials for ancestors I am directly descended from. For other family member memorials I enter, where I am not the direct descendant, I am looking for direct descendants to maintain them.

I am pleased to reunite, and be reunited with, family members, and am willing to transfer memorial pages to descendants and collateral descendants who are more closely related than I am.
