|sara w.||Gottlieb Woltmann|
Was wondering in your genealogy files if you ever come across the name of Gottlieb Woltmann. He came to United States in 1880 from Posen Prussia was born in 1851 and settled in Sauk Co Wisconsin. He married and had a family there. He was my husband's grandfather. We do not know who his parents were for sure but wonder if they were August Woltmann and Anna Krueger. Any help would be appreciated.

I was wondering how you were related to her. Anna is my great grandmother on my Daddy's side. Would love to speak to you.

Hi! Photos posted. I believe this the correct grave, but I do not read Assyrian. The in-ground lot markers for this section of the cemetery are almost non-existent so the only way to find someone there is by extensive searching.
Please post the Section and Lot number in the memorial.
I will go back and try to get a close-up of his photo. I took one but it is too reflective to use here.

Elisabeth "Bettie" Margaretha Lehmann Woltman was my father's beloved aunt. She and BM would often visit family back home in Brenham. On one visit, around 1930, BM took my young father to see a biplane perform aerial stunts. It was a thrilling day that he remembers well. When Aunt Bettie sent letters to her parents, she always included a stick of Juicy Fruit gum as a treat for my father.

Hi! I found all the information you have on here about Gottlieb's siblings and I'm super excited- before today I didn't even have the names of his siblings. And the pictures were icing on the cake! Thanks so much for putting this information up!
