No problem transfering memorials unless it's a close relative of mine. Same goes for updates. I'm happy to help. |
Family names on my father's side include Working, Workinger, Werking, Kissinger, Freese to name a few. Mother's side includes Sears, Thomson, Vincent, Warner, McKinnon, Gordon, McGregor, Cameron, McArthur.

Is it possible that Archibald had a son by the name of Thomas Russell McKinnon, Born in 1864 (Find A Grave # 55091498).
According to information that I have found, Archibald was married to a Catherine Russell (No other Info).

|hdjelev||Douglas LeRoy Working|
I'm trying to find missing classmates from our school - Duluth Central High School - Duluth, MN.
I'm wondering if you have more information on Douglas L. Working that would indicate that he lived in Duluth and graduated from Central.
I have a lead that he once owned or worked at a campground, maybe in Danbury, WI. Plus he may have been married to Joan Dahlen (Dahlin ?) in Duluth.
Any help here would be greatly appreciated! We're missing a number of our classmates and this is our 50th Reunion Year (1966). My goal is to try and locate these folks.

Elkanah Sears is also a great grandfather of my late husband. Would you send a message so we can make contact.
|Headstone Genealogist||Mount Royal Cemetery Photo Request|
Mount Royal Cemetery has 165 acres. The burial plot location must be supplied so a volunteer can go take the photo.
You can get this free information by filling the form here: www.mountroyalcem.com/index.php/en/our-services/genealogy-menu.html and in the "Desired Service" field, select "Burial Location (free)" and enter the information.
If the Genealogy page was not helpful then email your request to firstname.lastname@example.org
The cemetery will email you the location (3-10 working days).
Have the memorial updated with the plot number.
You will have made it possible for the photo to be taken.

I don't know who the contact person is or if there is a map, but I know exactly where his grave is just by looking at my photos, and I don't think you will have a hard time finding it all.
When you are in the cemetery and are facing the lake, he is located at least halfway down the big hill at the rightmost side of the cemetery (again, that's when you are facing the lake. If you are looking up at the cemetery from the main road, it would be all the way to the left). The road that you see in the background comes off of the main road, and there is a side entrance to the cemetery further up that road (as opposed to going in the main gate from the main road).
There are only about 2 or 3 rows of markers between the row that Elkanah is located in and that side road.
Please let me know if you have any other questions or if my description isn't clear enough. And if you want me to, I could send you a little sketch by private email of exactly where it is.

I am not aware of a list that has section, plot and grave information. What last names are you looking for? If I have done any of their memorials, I will gladly transfer them to you.

You are welcome... I just take the pictures and I enjoy it... The clerk at the cemetery Jennifer Book really did all the hard lookup work. I think I have one or two more Thompsons... Give me a call if you get this far. I am off to St Maarten for my 70th where my "Irish" O'Connor's come from. John
