Reuben G. Davis: was born in Nashville, Berrien,Georgia, to Henry Burton Davis and Ruby Lee Williams. My family moved back to Suwanee Gwinnett Co. where I went to school (Sugar Hill) and spent most of my entire life. I met & married Virginia Ann Payne in Gwinnett Co. and we raised 4 children. I worked for Ford Motor Co. in Atlanta Ga. in qualty control, for 36 years and retired in 2001. After I retired we moved to Hiawassee Towns Co. Ga. now me being retired, and looking for something to pass the extra time, being a member of the White County Historical Society, and my ancestral roots, the Allen's (1813-1930) & Williames (1800-1950) running so deep in White, Union & Fannin Co. I obtained a list of the cemeteries for White & Habersham Counties, and am in the process of trying to list the graves, on the web, and I realize my list of names & dates, has some typos, errors and omits. so PLEASE contact me if you see them, and I will be more then happy to correct..
