Bio and Links
I am working on a book titled " Descendants of Isaac Wertz and Rebecca Eller Wertz of Franklin County, Virginia." I am researching all 5 lines of their children:
Ann Wertz who married Abraham Barnhart
Catherine Wertz who married Samuel Henry Ferguson
Noah Wertz who married Judith Chitwood
Magdalene Wertz who married Henry Laprad
Samuel Eller Wertz who married Barbara Sink.
All lived in Franklin County, Virginia.
If you think you are related to any of these lines, please contact me! Most of my memorials are related to this family line, so if you see a relative of yours, likely you are related to them, too. I DON'T want to leave anyone out! DO contact me and we shall figure it out together! Thanks!

You're welcome. I was abl ofind a few of my own relatives and some information I never knew. My great uncle had served in WWI. I was only 10 when he passed away and never knew that fact.

I am currently in the process of going through Greenwood Hills Cemetery section by section photographing tombstones. I thought you might like the burial record, in case no headstone could be found. I will post a photo of the headstone if I come across it, hopefully, within the next few weeks.

All those records are something someone has given them, a family member or something, so you never know exactly what is correct.
Do you ever hear from your other cousin, Julie anymore.

Hi Shelley, I made a note in the bio of the day difference and will leave memorial as what is on the stone, if I change it, I will get more edits saying it should be 25th, that way both dates will show in memorial.
